I hope that my autobiography will make a difference in your life, and if I help even one person, my book will be a success to me.Living with mental health issues is hard. We may not show signs of the emotional pain we feel and many of us "live inside," for fear of exposing our imperfections to others. Come and join me on my journey of healing, because a new day is dawning.Cari Herman Elmore was diagnosed with dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, and anxiety disorder. "I was delighted to see my book completed because it was healing to my body. I live in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, which is rich with scenic beauty and mild weather.
