About NATURAL LIFE – NATURAL DEATH – NATURALLY
NATURAL LIFE – NATURAL DEATH – NATURALLY
A wise book - written by a wise man!
The name is Erik W. Pedersen - most often just called Erik W.
Coach, 8 world records in motorcycle and car stunts, nutritionist, lecturer, wise in life, author, are just some of the titles that the author of this book can boast of. Boasting is not the right term in this context, then I, who have known Erik for almost a lifetime, know that he, after all his merits, versatility, praise from all sides, the ability to drive the ass out of the pants on even the best stunt men, has empathy and much more, is still a guy all the way down to earth. Erik still has his natural humble, respectful, and curious approach to everything around him, which any reader will learn. In this book Erik gives us all no raised index finger, but in return a proper kick in the ass – What are we doing?
From one end of we get to perspective our let things stand to, our iniquity, and our lack of objectives, etc. Erik uses along the way what he calls “ancient available knowledge” – implied that the things are not that complicated – a lot of it is issues that has been known for centuries. Erik is sincerely concerned about how we treat our land, our animals – and yes, each other. We have arrived too far away from nature and the natural - also completely in step with its ongoing debate on our earth and climate. Furthermore, Erik highlights our hunt for “quick fix” – our leap over where the fence is lowest, and our immediate costs are lowest, which Erik later tells us there “will be payback time”.
Our lackadaisical controls many of us, and it has big cost to many of us. In the end, the right code is sensible nutrition, exercise, good sleep, etc., as opposed to medication, stress, fast food, and all the other things that we deep down know well is wrong. Erik also admits that he has done wrong things, even though he knew it was crazy. But the experiences of a long life, with the mistakes we all make, have taught him a lesson, he passes on to a fantastic, direct, and inspiring way for the reader - YOU!
