Scorned, exiled teachers and old hatreds have led Seran down a path to ruin. Plague grips the land, crafted by an enemy unknown. To avert this calamity, the Warden Ranger of Seran, Karos, must join forces with Thäoldr, one of the leaders of The Order of Gelvrentael. Together, they must forget a blood feud spanning millennia to better serve their world and find a cure against the plague. They must face a disgraced dragonrider, who has allied himself with a being of incredible power and endless malice- The Void-Sleeper. With neither the Rangers or the Order ready to trust each other, will this new alliance prevail in the face of the oncoming war? Can this alliance form in time to save their world from the plague in the face of millennia of conflict?
