Excellent book. Very helpful companion for raising your tweens - teens. Guided Therapy for parents with explanations and tools to utilize for any parent currently raising a tween or teen. Eye opening for even the most up-to-speed, in-the-know or even younger parents. Especially pertinent for older parents that may experience a larger generational gap than average. Addresses all of the big issues today in age and most importantly those issues we don’t necessary want to speak to other parents about, your spouse & the step parent if applicable or, family members. Highly recommend.

This book starts right at the beginning of giving parents some valuable techniques and skills to raise young boys into men such as being present and encouraging boys that it is okay to be affectionate and have emotions. It also encourages parents to teach boys how to be creative because in the world we need good problems solvers to think outside the box. The book offers activities that parents may not think of such as stand up comedy and gardening. Furthermore if you are a parent and you want to learn how to foster good behaviors and attitudes from your kids, this book walks you through behavior modification utilizing what is unique your children and how you as a parent can stay calm and positive,

This is a MUST-read book for those of you who are raising boys. I was blown away on how he touched on every aspect of masculinity in such an accessible and informative way. Aaron is one of the leaders we need as we move forward in America, and this book demonstrates that in countless ways.
