Rexx and Jester ride down into the ruined city of Spokane to find out why the mayor was willing to murder for the key The Great Cheese stole from him, sure that the hi-tech key will lead them to the army of killer robots Rexx has been sent to find and destroy. The mayor seems desperate to get the key back. Maybe it has something to do with the frequent earthquakes the town has been experiencing. Whatever the reason, the mayor has trapped Rexx, and now it's up to Jester to rescue him! But what can a little bird do?
