In 2022, a group of five role-playing gamers embarked on a new campaign in the homebrewed fantasy world of Idris. They used the Basic Fantasy Role-Playing system, reminiscent of the old-style Dungeons and Dragons gameplay. After each gaming session, the Games Master recorded the progress of the adventuring party using the Obsidian Portal Campaign Manager. This not only created an accurate record, of gameplay, but also allowed us to relive the immersive gaming experience. The copious log notes taken during their adventures ultimately inspired the creation of this book. For us, this book serves as a cherished memento of our gaming journey.
