This is C Michael Garcia's visualisations and storyboard etchings, and notes for the development of the most controversial steampunk adventure yet. Here you will find a Colonialised Africa infused in an alternate reality complete with flying steamships, inter-dimensional creature powered land vehicles and sustained-open portals between worlds enabling visitors and earthlings to commune without border controls. Where human energy is taxed and obviously-alien royalty live on earth in the sheer delight of their newfound abilities on a world with a lesser gravity and a more pleasing sun.
