The Sanskrit text ""Saundaryalahari"" was composed by Sri Sri Adi Shankaracharya in the 8th century. It is in hundred verses and is said to contain many Tantra related aspects.
In this Kannada version of the work, the author has placed before the reader the Kannada verse form of Soundaryalahari along with the original Sanskrit verse and a brief summary of each Shloka in Kannada.
