The Bonds We Share

About The Bonds We Share

In the year 2104, Alliroue is living in luxury. A city-state built from her own prestige, a utopia of science and ingenuity. After being born with her heart tied to an ancient Deity, everything has been given to her, aside from a restful night not filled with constant anxiety about the radiation sickness that's killed 50% of the world's population. Marcos was born via Alliroue's technological prowess and the grants gifted to her from across the world. He is a humanoid robot more emotional and pissy than most, mostly due to the fact that the Deity he was born beside wants nothing to do with him. She actively ignores him, stubbornly never explaining why she wants nothing to do with their bond. Holly, she knows nothing about their world. Everything she knows has been preached to her in the Second Beings' Congregation, a cult built underground to escape the sickness plaguing the world. She thinks she's happy. She thinks she's okay. Her voices, two mysterious figures of wisdom, say otherwise. As the world decays from divine radioactivity, these three "soulmates" are tasked with the impossible: placating the ancient feuds between bitter, temperamental, and hostile Deities set on ripping each other's throats out.
