The Boy that Wanted to Fly is the story of a fifteen-year-old boy who is pursuing his dream offlying in the sky unassisted. He is a normal teenager, with a sister and brother who are alwaysfollowing him, parents who are always on his back about his grades, and even bullies who don''tunderstand his rigid training schedule. Even after a life-altering accident that almost leaves himparalyzed, he continues to actively work toward his goal. He finds an outlet for his energy in theparkour gang and begins practicing to fly on his own. By training in parkour with talentedfriends and instructors, he finally achieves flight, but his world will never be the same. Heeventually learns that he has other powers too, and must keep them away from those who want touse them for evil.
