Claudia Ding is back in the Echo World, the parallel version of the historic city of York that is populated by the echoes of all of the people and events that have made the city what it is. This time, with her friend Mathilda once again out of action, it is up to Claudia to save the city from attacks and natural disasters. Claudia will need to meet Vikings, Romans and Normans, Medieval Kings and Queens, bishops and highwaymen, rebels and mayors. How will she manage to save the day this time and what has it got to do with the traditional Mistletoe Service that is held in the city's cathedral on Christmas Eve?
