Although it is a known fact that employment practices followed by organizations have a great impact on the productivity of its employees, the relation between employee productivity and various employment practices adopted by hotels is not clearly established. Thus, there is a need to check the impact of these employment practices on employee productivity in hotels as a major representative segment of the hospitality industry.
