  To be successful in a job interview, it takes more than a good resume to set you apart from the competition. It takes knowing how to interview. This is really a good interview prep book, concise explanation of the main interview questions and answers.

  It's a very good book which explains what the employer really means asking different personal/behavioral questions. I think this book alone might be sufficient to prepare for personal/behavioral interview questions. I read some online resources before reading this book, so I cannot tell for sure, but it definitely covers most possible questions.
