  Commercial Real Estate for Beginners is an incredibly valuable book by Peter Harris and brings his experience in real estate investing in a great, direct, and easy to understand way. His books and his videos are tremendously insightful and I highly recommend reading this book and watching his videos!

  This was one of the first books I read on the subject many uears ago. This is a great beginners book and for those that need some parameters on what is a good deal. The guiding principles and the real estate calculations practice were very useful.

  Excellent book that walks you through all of the aspects of investing in private equity for real estate. A must read if you’re going to be investing in those asset classes.
